Leeds’ No.1 place to live is a pretty bold statement.

That’s why we let our residents do the talking.

After spending the majority of 2025/26 in the No.1 spot for places to live in Leeds on HomeViews, Altitude at Phoenix has reached another milestone. All 156 apartments are now reserved.

Set on the doorstep of Leeds city centre, Altitude is home to a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, alongside spaces designed to make renting feel like much more than just having somewhere to live.

Residents have access to a lounge, co-working spaces and private meeting rooms, a gym, parking and cycle storage, as well as 24-hour concierge. Add regular resident events, local partner offers and some pretty impressive views across Leeds, and there’s plenty happening beyond the front door of each apartment.

And, importantly, residents seem to agree.

Altitude at Phoenix currently holds a 4.86-star rating on HomeViews and received six HomeViews awards in 2025, recognising Excellence, Design, Facilities, Location, Value and Management.

Resident Aimman said:

“Would highly, highly, highly recommend living at Altitude at Phoenix. The apartments are lovely, really spacious, modern, and have everything you need, which makes day-to-day living super comfortable.”

Stacey, who has lived at Altitude for a year, added:

“We have lived here for a year now and still love it as much as when we moved in. The staff are lovely and are always happy to help.”

It does mean there’s one small catch: there aren’t currently any apartments available.

So, if Altitude at Phoenix is somewhere you’d like to call home, the waitlist is now open.
